The Front Porch in East Memphis - Property Photos
The Front Porch in East Memphis was built with one simple goal: to create a space where everyone feels welcomed. The building includes Second Helpings Café (open to the public), a small event space, meeting rooms, extensive outdoor seating, office space, and a counseling center. All told, The Front Porch opens up five acres of park-like setting on a stretch of Walnut Grove where there are no public places to gather.
I’m currently crafting a new website and visuals for Second Baptist Church Memphis right next door, which played a major role in getting The Front Porch started. Part of this includes capturing property photos of The Front Porch. A few of my favorites are below.
The Front Porch is a beautiful building that sits on the edge of Second Baptist’s registered arboretum. My approach was to capture the scope of what the facility offers paired with some of the finer details in the most natural and authentic way possible.
Most photos can be used on their own or incorporated into social media posts with copy layered on top. I took some that are crafted for one or the other though. This gives Second Baptist and The Front Porch needed flexibility in their communications.
Many small businesses, churches, and nonprofits overlook having core photo assets like these, or don’t see to it that they are updated every few years. It’s a wise investment that saves you time and money over the long haul and helps keep your communications elevated.
